Qualification-based routes

Completing a CIPD qualification can lead to different levels of membership, depending on the level you are studying. For example, completing a CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Level 3) will lead to a Foundation membership and completing a CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management or Organisational Learning and Development (Level 5) qualification will lead to an Associate membership.
