Having a gap on a CV can lead to discrimination. Using real job vacancies, researchers experimented with changes to CVs to reduce this bias against people with gaps in employment.

Leonie is a Senior Advisor currently working on gender equality as part of the Gender and Behavioural Insights Programme – a two-year research collaboration with the UK Government Equalities Office.
