All reasonable steps: How psychology transforms workplace sexual harassment.

About this event

All reasonable steps: How psychology transforms workplace sexual harassment.

With the new Employment Rights Act requirement for employers to take "all reasonable steps" to prevent workplace sexual harassment coming into force this October, many people professionals are reviewing their current approach and asking an important question: are we doing enough?

In this webinar, psychologist and author Dr Nina Burrowes explores how psychological insight can transform approaches to prevention. Drawing on the themes from her new book, All Reasonable Steps: How Psychology Transforms Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention, Nina will examine the behavioural and cultural dynamics that determine whether prevention efforts succeed, and what organisations can do to create lasting change.

This session moves beyond compliance to explore what impactful prevention looks like in practice, helping HR professionals develop greater confidence in the effectiveness of their strategy and identify where attention should be focused next.
