Communication, consulting and measuring success.

The first meeting of 2026/27 season that will introduce our season theme which brings together the key elements of communication, consulting and measuring success.

Communication will focus on how we position ourselves in a crowded marketplace and clearly state the value that we bring our clients.

Consulting will focus on the structures and processes that we use to explore client needs and the time-efficient best practice approaches that we adopt to meet them.

Measuring success will focus on setting achievable personal and business goals to gain and maintain momentum.

We will have our popular “book swap table”. Please bring a couple of business books that you have read and no longer need . . . and take a couple of new ones home.

The meeting will be led and facilitated by Anne Cannings and Ian Crocker, committee members of the CIPD Branch in Surrey and north Hampshire.
