Neurodiversity can be accommodated in organisation culture.

About this event

Neurodiversity can be accommodated in organisation culture.

In this interactive CPD session, Anne Stunell, Chartered FCIPD, Executive Coach and former Head of HR will advise us on how to turn good equality, diversity and inclusion intentions into action.

When coaching leaders she talks them through making changes effectively through pausing to acknowledge what has been achieved in improving the culture to take account of neurodiversity. This strategic process builds in reflection and allows alignment around shared priorities.

All employees can benefit from creating slower moments, quieter offices and space to think. She will explain how culture, courage and community are built through the conversations we have with one another.
