Helping people professionals support SMEs to manage workplace stress through practical, preventative action.
This Lunch & Learn will explore the workplace stress challenges faced by SMEs and the opportunity for people professionals and consultants to support practical, preventative action.
Research suggests that only a minority of organisations regularly and formally assess work-related stress, despite employers having a legal duty to manage this risk.
For SMEs, where internal HR support is often limited, this creates a clear opportunity for HR professionals to raise awareness, provide guidance and help businesses take proportionate action.
The session will cover:
Attendees will gain practical ideas, conversation prompts and a simple framework to help SMEs move from reactive wellbeing support to more preventative action.
Attendees will also receive a practical SME Workplace Stress Conversation Toolkit after the event.
