About this event

Join the Kent CIPD coaching forum for an in-person mastermind! Bring your toughest HR challenges and crowdsource solutions with peers.

Following the incredible momentum of our launch, we are moving from theory straight into action. Welcome to the HR & coaching mastermind: a high-energy, collaborative "brain trust" designed specifically for HR, L&D, and people professionals.

This isn’t a lecture, and there are no boring slide decks. It is a structured, interactive session where we bring our collective expertise to the table to solve real-world business and people challenges in real-time.

What is a mastermind session?

Think of it as a tactical "team talk" for HR and business leaders. It is a proven, rapid-fire problem-solving format:

1. The Pitch: You present a current challenge, goal, or roadblock you are facing in your business.

2. Clarification: The group asks targeted questions to dig past the symptoms and uncover the root issue.

3. The Mastermind: The table brainstorms together, offering diverse perspectives, shared experiences, and actionable suggestions to help you make an informed decision and move forward.

The benefits of joining us

● Crowdsourced wisdom: Tap into decades of combined HR and coaching experience in a single room.

● Get unstuck: Walk out the door with a clear game plan for that one complex problem that’s been sitting on your desk.

● A safe space: Discuss sensitive people challenges in a confidential, highly supportive peer environment.

● Fresh eyes: Break out of your industry echo chamber and hear how others are tackling the exact same hurdles.

● Deep connections: Skip the awkward networking and build genuine professional relationships by solving problems side-by-side. ⚠

Important Note: To ensure everyone gets the time they need to present and get feedback, spaces for this session are strictly limited. Please come prepared with one specific business, leadership, or people challenge you’d like the group to weigh in on. Step away from the screen and into the room.

Let’s solve your biggest challenges together.
