1-Hour Interactive Online "Lunch & Learn" to support reducing stress and absenteeism in the workplace.

Part 1: The Science of the Breath & Workplace Stress (25 mins)

  • Participants can eat and listen as we explore how professional pressure causes chronic stress and stress-related absenteeism
  • A simple introduction to the neuroscience behind Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) and how physiological regulation improves resilience to stress.

Part 2: The Post-Lunch Reset: Guided BBM Practice (25 mins)

  • A practical, experiential session consisting of gentle movements to release physical tension, followed by Coherent Breathing to actively shift the nervous system into a state of calm, focused alertness. (This practice also naturally supports healthy digestion after eating!)

Part 3: Application & Q&A (10 mins)

  • How HR professionals can embed these practices into their own workday (e.g., before high-stakes meetings) and introduce them to teams.
  • Open discussion and Q&A.
