About the Event:

In today's talent market, attracting the right people is only part of the challenge. Organisations must also create environments in which people can develop, contribute, grow and stay.

This joint event brought to you by the CIPD Wales Recruitment and the L&D Special Interest Groups and supported by the CIPD Branch in Southeast Wales. We will explore how Recruitment and L&D can work together across the entire talent lifecycle - from attraction and assessment through to onboarding, development and retention.

Through a mix of panel discussion, interactive learning and facilitated roundtable conversations, attendees will hear practical examples, share experiences and explore new approaches to creating exceptional talent experiences.
