Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way HR consultants work. Join us for an engaging and practical 90-minute online session exploring how independent HR professionals can use AI to enhance client services, improve productivity, streamline business operations and future-proof their consultancy. Packed with live demonstrations, practical examples and actionable tips, you'll leave with ideas you can start using immediately.

Artificial Intelligence is no longer a future trend, it is rapidly becoming part of everyday business. For independent HR consultants, AI presents an exciting opportunity to enhance the value you provide to clients, improve efficiency and create more time to focus on high value advisory work.

In this interactive 90 minute session, Avril Williamson will explore how HR consultants can confidently embrace AI whilst keeping people, ethics and professional judgement firmly at the centre of their work.

Rather than focusing on the theory behind AI, this session will concentrate on practical applications, live demonstrations and real-world examples that can be implemented immediately within your own consultancy.

During this session you'll discover:

· How AI is changing the HR consulting landscape

· Practical ways to improve productivity and save valuable time

· AI tools that can strengthen client relationships and service delivery

· Frameworks and prompts you can begin using immediately

· Ethical considerations and responsible use of AI in HR

· How to maintain the human touch whilst embracing AI

There will also be opportunities throughout the session to ask questions, share experiences and discuss how AI can support your own consulting practice.

Whether you're completely new to AI or already experimenting with it, you'll leave with practical ideas, increased confidence and actionable strategies to help future-proof your consultancy.
