About this event

Explore menopause at work: building understanding, confidence and inclusion.

This insightful online session will explore how HR professionals and leaders can better understand menopause in the workplace, support colleagues with confidence and create inclusive cultures where everyone can perform at their best.

As awareness of menopause grows, HR professionals are increasingly expected to balance legal obligations, inclusive workplace practices and employee wellbeing. Led by a doctor with a special interest in menopause, this interactive session will combine clinical expertise with practical workplace solutions, helping HR professionals better understand the realities of menopause, the impact symptoms can have on work, and how organisations can create supportive and inclusive environments.
