One year after our energising Keep the Momentum Going session, we’re welcoming back award winning mentor and HR consulting expert Sarah Hamilton Gill FCIPD to help independent HR consultants pause, reflect, and take stock. In this practical and honest follow up session, we’ll look at what’s happened since last summer — what we implemented, what slipped, what surprised us, and what we now know about maintaining visibility and consistency in a changing market. Sarah will guide you through the lessons learned, the actions that made the biggest difference, and the opportunities emerging for the months ahead. Whether you joined us last year or are stepping in for the first time, this session will help you reconnect with your goals, refine your focus, and map out where your consultancy goes next.
