Guest speaker's bio:

We're delighted to welcome Dr Lara Lalemi, Board Member at We The Curious, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the University of Bristol and Founder and CEO of the Creative Tuition Collective. With a PhD in Chemistry and extensive experience championing diversity and inclusion in STEM. Dr Lalemi is a respected speaker and advocate for creating equitable environments where everyone can thrive.

In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the impact of privilege and unconscious bias on workplace culture, develop confidence in navigating challenging conversations, and gain practical tools for creating more inclusive, accessible and psychologically safe environments.

As part of our Annual Meeting, you'll also have the opportunity to connect with members from across the region, take part in committee elections, share ideas, and help shape our programme for the year ahead. Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking event designed to spark curiosity, encourage collaboration, and strengthen our community.
