The Generation Game: unlocking the strengths of younger and older generations to build inclusive workplaces.
The Generation Game
Today's workplaces bring together more generations than ever before, each with different experiences, expectations and ways of working. While this diversity can be a real strength, it can also raise important questions about communication, recruitment, career development, workplace culture and knowledge sharing.
Join us for our Annual General Meeting as we explore The Generation Game and what it means for organizations and people professionals today. Through discussion, practical examples and shared experiences, we'll look at how employers can create workplaces where both established and emerging generations feel valued, supported and able to contribute their best.
Whether you're managing a multigenerational team, developing people strategies or simply curious about how the world of work is evolving, you'll leave with fresh perspectives, practical ideas and a greater understanding of how different generations can learn from one another and thrive together.
