About this event

Join the Kent CIPD Coaching Forum17 July for a live fireside chat with Ian Ward. Explore Gallup Strengths & elevate performance!

Get ready for an inspiring morning of insights, strategy, and high-performance thinking. For our next Kent CIPD Coaching Forum event, host Richard Turner sits down with Ian Ward, Senior Executive Coach and UK Regional Partner at 2bLimitless, for an open, live fireside chat.

Ian is a powerhouse in the corporate coaching space, known for his world-class delivery and ability to unlock elite performance. In this relaxed but high-value conversation, we will dig deep into the Strengths-Based Approach to coaching, explore the power of Gallup CliftonStrengths, and learn exactly how Ian uses these tools to help senior leaders and corporate teams thrive globally.

But we aren't just there to listen. Following the chat, we are opening up the floor for purposeful networking and a hands-on peer-to-peer coaching session so you can put these insights into practice immediately.

What we’ll cover and experience

The fireside chat: An open, unfiltered conversation with Ian on the reality of coaching in the corporate space, running coaching qualifications, and driving organizational impact.

The strengths science: Demystifying the Gallup Strengths framework and why focusing on what’s right with people beats fixing what’s "wrong."

Peer-to-peer coaching: A dedicated slot to connect with fellow HR, L&D, and coaching professionals for collaborative, live practice.

Community Networking: Build real relationships with peers over morning coffee in a fantastic local sports setting.
