About the speaker

Samantha Randall, Senior Associate in the Employment team at Knights.

She advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of employment law issues, offering clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s needs. Samantha supports clients with day-to-day HR matters, as well as more complex issues including workplace disputes, tribunal claims, and termination of employment.

Her experience covers both contentious and non-contentious work, from drafting and reviewing contracts and policies to negotiating settlement agreements. Known for her efficient and approachable style, Samantha works closely with clients to identify realistic solutions that balance legal, commercial, and practical considerations.
