About this event

Unlocking early years colleagues' potential and how we support and enable our earliest generation of colleagues within the workplace

Research tells us that new recruits need to feel safe, welcome, wanted and productive in order to thrive in their working environment. This immersive session for HR and L&D practitioners and managers will look at the critical areas to upskill our young talent for individual success, leading to stronger and more resilient organisations.

We will be joined by Rob Moore a Career & Executive Coach and Be More Human Trainer who will present and discuss his findings and experience.

'Starting Strong - Unlocking Early Years Colleagues' Potential' is a unique combination of the latest Gen Z research and experience, which focuses on the four core conditions for identity growth and development for our youngest generation of colleagues within the workplace.

In this session, we'll create space for learners to digest, reflect and act on our responsibilities as leaders and role models to ensure we build the confidence, resilience, and know-how of our early years' teams. The session will focus on understanding what 'preparedness for the world of work' looks like in 2026, and the associated behaviours and attributes we seek in our colleagues which will be required to achieve this.

Be More Human are straight-talking education and learning, social psychology, behavioural change specialists, who have been delivering transformational learning and development experiences for over 5 years to clients across the globe.

Refreshments and light bites available at the event.
