Sabehia will talk to us to manage workplace conflict and how to have those difficult conversations.
Managing conflict and holding difficult conversations is part of everyday working life, yet many of us feel least confident when it matters most.
This short, practical CIPD Isle of Man event will focus on building confidence, skills and judgement when navigating challenging conversations at work – whether with colleagues, teams or stakeholders.
Join fellow HR and people professionals to explore what really works in practice, share experiences, and leave with clear, usable ideas you can apply straight away in your role.
Some of you will remember our speaker Sabehia from an excellent event that she delivered for us in 2025 on Coaching.
