This will be an interactive session on fair pay updates, responsibilities and reward trends for people professionals, managers & students.
Join us as we explore the latest developments in reward and fair pay, and what they mean for today’s people professionals. We’ll examine the evolving fair pay landscape, discuss organisational responsibilities, and define what fair pay looks like in practice.
Designed for HR professionals, people managers, and students, this session offers valuable insights, peer networking opportunities, and the chance to learn from an experienced reward specialist.
We will also be having our annual meeting where we vote in our Committee Branch members, plus reflect on the past year of activities, consider the insights and learning gained, while taking a considered approach to our proposed plans for 2026/2027.
We look forward to seeing you!
