About this event

This session gives HR professionals a practical understanding of what business transformation really means beyond the buzzwords.

Deep Dive into Business & Culture Transformation for HR Professionals

This session explores how HR can move from being a support function to a strategic driver of change, helping organisations align people, culture, capability and leadership with commercial goals.

A strong focus is placed on commerciality: understanding how transformation connects to revenue, margin, productivity, risk and customer value. HR professionals will explore how people decisions affect business performance, and how to bring sharper commercial thinking into workforce planning, leadership capability, engagement and organisational design.

The session also looks at why transformation often fails, how to spot people risks early, and how to build the conditions for change to land properly. It covers the role of HR in shaping leadership behaviour, communication, skills, structure and culture during periods of significant change.

The aim is to help HR professionals think more commercially, challenge weak change thinking, and play a stronger role in making transformation stick.
