This interactive in-person workshop, facilitated by Helen Hudson, HR Consultant, is designed specifically for HR professionals who play a key role in supporting individuals and teams through these transitions and changes.Through a mix of facilitated discussion, real-life scenarios, and hands-on activities, you will explore how change impacts people at both a practical and emotional level.

This session will focus on building awareness and equipping you with simple, effective tools that can be applied immediately in your organisation to help manage change more smoothly and confidently.

Speakers bio:

Helen Hudson is a HR Leader who is passionate about making the people agenda deliver the business strategy. She works in partnership with business leaders to ensure you have the right people plans in place to grow your business.

Working with small and medium size businesses, she pragmatically engages, motivates, develops, and retain talent effectively. She focuses on HR for business growth and ensures employers have the right systems and structures in place to enable their business to expand and develop, or just to function better.

Having worked 25 years in organisations across a range of sectors in FTSE and FMCG businesses for some well-known brands, she now works with small and medium sizes businesses on their people agenda and driving people solutions.
