Join us for an energising and interactive roundtable designed for people professionals who want to stay ahead of the curve.
This session brings together practitioners, volunteers, early career professionals and experienced HR leaders to explore three of the most relevant themes shaping our profession today:
1. The Use of AI in the People Profession
What’s the promise, what’s the hype, and what are the practical, ethical and human implications?
2. Supporting Wellbeing & Building Resilience in People Teams
People teams often support everyone else—but who supports them?
3. Practical ideas for doing more with less
HR teams are being asked to do more than ever:
• Deliver development with limited budgets
• Support managers through difficult conversations
• Navigate complex employment law changes
• Strengthen onboarding and retention
…and often with fewer resources than before.
This is a relaxed, collaborative and conversation led session where everyone’s insights are welcome.
You’ll leave with fresh ideas, shared experiences, and a stronger professional network.
Bonus: Built in networking activities to help you connect meaningfully with other people professionals.
