Learn how a coaching approach can improve workplace conversations using the CARES and GROW models
This session explores how using a coaching approach in workplace conversations can significantly improve outcomes for both individuals and teams.
Together, we will identify the challenging conversations we often face at work and explore practical ways to handle them more effectively.
During the session we will reflect on:
Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own conversational style and consider what helps and what may hinder truly powerful and productive workplace conversations.

Speakers Bio
Claire Hack is a commercially focused and pragmatic Executive Coach and Organisational Development Consultant with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and teams at every level of leadership, including Chief Executives, Directors and Senior Management.
Claire is widely described as positive, straightforward and down-to-earth, bringing an infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for personal and professional development.
