About this event

Learn how improving financial wellbeing can unlock benefits value and drive stronger engagement, retention, and performance.

How can organisations move beyond offering benefits to truly unlocking their value? And what role does employee financial confidence play in driving productivity, engagement, and retention?

Join us for an insightful and practical session exploring the critical link between financial wellbeing and business outcomes. While many organisations invest significantly in reward and benefits, employees often lack the confidence or understanding to fully utilise what’s available. This session will explore how HR can bridge that gap and create meaningful impact.

What you can expect from this session:

  • The link between financial wellbeing and workplace performance
  • Insights into how employees engage with workplace benefits
  • Practical ways to improve financial confidence across your workforce
  • How to unlock greater value from existing benefits and reward offerings
  • The role HR can play in supporting long-term financial wellbeing strategies

Financial stress is one of the leading causes of reduced productivity and engagement at work. By equipping employees with the confidence and knowledge to make better financial decisions, organisations can create more resilient, focused, and motivated teams, ultimately driving stronger business outcomes.

We look forward to welcoming you to this engaging, in-person session.
