Speakers bio:

Najinder Devgun(Naj) is the founder and practice principal of 20:20 Financial Planning, where he pioneered a distinctive approach called financial collaboration, which integrates traditional financial advice with money coaching.

Passionate about financial literacy and social mobility, Naj created the 20:20 Financial Wellness Programme—a suite of eleven seminars and workshops designed for businesses to support the financial well-being of their staff, equips participants with practical tools andinsights to make confident, informed financial decisions at every stage of life.

Naj has also developed an engaging money education programme for young people, extending 20:20’s positive impact into the wider community. In January 2023, he launched the first Dads Only playgroup in the Holme Valley, fostering a supportive network of fathers who have since become close friends. Outside of work, Naj is a dedicated husband and father. He enjoys boxing and fencing and serves as a Sepsis Trust Champion, a cause close to his heart after his own near-fatal experience with the condition.
