Move beyond awareness to action—learn how to attract, support and retain neurodiverse talent. Includes branch annual meeting.
Awareness of neurodiversity has grown — but many organisations are still asking: what does meaningful action actually look like?
Following our earlier session on Neurodiversity in Employment, this event takes the next step — focusing on how to attract, support and retain neurodivergent talent in ways that deliver real impact for individuals and organisations alike.
We’re delighted to once again be joined by:
• Tom Cliffe, Founder of Café Track Northampton
• Peter Sanders, Managing Director at Identifi Global
Building on their previous insights, they will share practical strategies and real-world experience to help organisations move from awareness to action.
Designed for HR & People professionals, this session will explore how to turn good intentions into practical, sustainable workplace strategies.
We’ll cover:
• How to attract neurodiverse candidates through more inclusive recruitment approaches
• What drives retention — and how to create environments where people can thrive
• Simple, effective adjustments that make a lasting difference
• Building manager confidence to support neurodivergent colleagues day-to-day
In addition, the session will include the CIPD Northamptonshire Branch Annual Meeting, offering:
• A review of the past year
• Updates on branch activity and future plans
• An opportunity to connect with your local HR community
Whether you’re continuing the conversation or joining for the first time, this event will equip you with practical insight and actionable ideas to take back to your organisation.
