About this event

Learning has most impact when it changes behaviour. This talk will show how we have created action-centred learning at the RSPB.

At the RSPB, after the pandemic, we overhauled our learning offer to create action-centred, impactful learning through implementing a number of cutting edge learning theories. In this talk I will explore how using these theories and a new model of learning evaluation has transformed our learning offer.

We will explore Action Mapping, Stylebooks, Build:Borrow:Buy, Thalheimers evaluation model and the impact this has had on our learning culture.

Over the course of the session we will try out some of these tools, creating an action map of one of your learning quandaries. You will leave with a roadmap for transforming the impact that your learning offer can have.
