Practical steps HR can use to create inclusive cultures where women thrive, build confidence, and drive organisational success.
This interactive session explores how to create meaningful, practical change for women in the workplace.
We will look at the real challenges women face today, moving beyond policies and networks to focus on what actually helps people grow in confidence, progress in their careers, and contribute fully at work.
The session will share a simple framework and actionable steps HR teams can use to:
• Identify hidden barriers to women’s progression
• Build confidence and career clarity
• Create inclusive cultures that support performance and retention
• Equip HR and line managers to support women’s development effectively
There will be group activities and discussion so you can apply ideas directly to your own organisation.
