HR Wellbeing: Releasing the emotional burden. Shed the overwhelm and fear of failure to feel comfortable and enjoy your role again.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and undervalued, not listened to and find it impossible to disconnect
This event is for you.
Are you carrying a constant fear of failure, the worry of letting others down, and a persistent sense of not being "good enough?"
It is time to understand where these feelings come from and what their purpose is, so you can finally shed the weight of just surviving your day.
Through a curated mix of neurolinguistic programming (NLP) coaching, pranayama, and meditative techniques, Nicola will guide you through the internal strategies and external communication tools needed to reclaim your personal authority.
It’s time to stop just "getting through the day" and start enjoying your career again.
