The session, HR Visibility: Raising the Profile and Impact of HR, is designed as an interactive discussion bringing together HR professionals and people leaders across Gibraltar. It will explore how visible HR functions currently are within organisations, and how they can further strengthen their influence and impact.Attendees can expect a collaborative session including pre-thinking prompts, open discussion, and peer exchange. Key themes will include:
- Raising the visibility and influence of HR
- Demonstrating HR’s value within organisations
- Challenges HR professionals face in being heard
- Learning from shared experiences across organisations
