About this event

Workshop on healing workplace conflict using forgiveness & “Boss Whispering” to rebuild confidence, improve leadership, & boost performance

After workplace conflict, both individuals can be supported to regain confidence and return to full performance. This can be achieved through two key approaches: forgiveness, which helps emotionally restore those affected, and “Boss Whispering,” a coaching method that helps abrasive managers develop empathy and improve their leadership style. Together, these approaches aim to rehabilitate individuals, enhance performance, and reduce workplace risks.

Stephen will explain these twin approaches to healing in the workplace. He will show how everyone can be rehabilitated to give their best again, improving performance and reducing risks.

Attendees can expect to gain:

  • A clear understanding of how workplace conflict impacts confidence, performance, and relationships
  • Insight into the power of forgiveness as a tool for emotional recovery and rebuilding resilience
  • Practical strategies to support individuals in regaining confidence and returning to full performance
  • An introduction to Boss Whispering and how it can help transform abrasive management styles into empathetic leadership
  • Techniques to improve communication, empathy, and team dynamics
  • Tools to rehabilitate workplace relationships, enhance performance, and reduce organisational risk

Overall, attendees will leave with practical, people-focused approaches to restoring individuals and improving workplace culture after conflict.
