About this event

Discover how to inspire across generations to build an organisation ready for the future of work and the rapidly evolving world around us.

It is argued that today’s workforce spans four generations – “Baby boomers” (1946-1964), “X” (1965-1980), “Millennials” (1981-1996) and “Z” (1997-2012). Popular belief is that these generations are clearly defined, all with different expectations of culture, behaviours and outcomes. At the forefront of many teams now sits Gen Z whose values and behaviours may be challenging what leadership and culture look like.

Join us at this event to hear different perspectives – including that of Gen Z - about how to adopt a strategic, culture-first approach that enables us to inspire across generations, align hybrid teams, and deliver results. We’ll consider leadership development, performance cultures, and Employee Value Proposition so you not only engage Gen Z but strengthen collaboration and retention across your entire workforce. This is about making your organisation fit for the future of work, fit for the world we are in, not the one we wish it still was.

The event also offers a valuable networking opportunity, allowing you to connect with peers who are interested in this topic and to share experiences, discuss challenges, and create innovative solutions in this area.
