About this event

A relaxed peer discussion on the real impact of the Employment Rights Act

Our next coffee & connect will centre around the Employment Rights Act.

These sessions are informal, open conversations with people who sit in different parts of the profession. The value comes from sharing experiences, asking questions, and hearing how others are approaching similar challenges.

Employment lawyers, in-house HR, line managers, consultants and non-members are all very welcome. This isn’t a teaching session or a legal briefing — it’s a chance to connect, compare notes and learn from each other.

Some of the things we might explore together:

  • Which changes are already having the biggest impact in your organisation?
  • What feels straightforward, and what feels more complex than expected?
  • How are you balancing legal compliance with practical delivery on the ground?

No presentations. No slides. Just coffee, conversation and collective thinking.

Tea, coffee and pastries will be available.
