Moving beyond awareness, Peppy leaders share practical strategies to deliver meaningful workplace support for fertility and menopause.

About this event

Moving beyond awareness, Peppy leaders share practical strategies to deliver meaningful workplace support for fertility and menopause.

In this session, Mridula Pore, CEO and Co-Founder of Peppy, and Anne Howard, Deputy Director of Nursing at Peppy Health, will explore how organisations can move beyond awareness to take meaningful, practical action on workplace health and wellbeing.

With a particular focus on fertility and menopause, two widely underserved and under-educated areas of healthcare, Mridula and Anne will combine strategic and clinical perspectives to share what truly effective support looks like. Drawing on Mridula’s experience working at the intersection of healthcare systems and corporate leadership, alongside Anne’s 15+ years as a fertility nurse across NHS, private clinics, and digital health innovation, they will offer real-world insight into how employers can step in where traditional systems often fall short.

Anne will also bring frontline expertise in reproductive health, including PCOS, male fertility, and patient education, as well as her work leading the Royal College of Nursing’s Fertility Nurse Forum and speaking at major industry events. Together, they will explore why action is needed now, how to simplify complex health topics with clarity and compassion, and how organisations can translate intent into meaningful, measurable outcomes for their people.

About the speakers

Mridula Pore, Peppy CEO and co-founder

Mridula is CEO and co-founder of Peppy. She is passionate about making healthcare more affordable and accessible. Although she has spent her career in healthcare, Mridula is an engineer by training, studying at the University of Cambridge and MIT where she got PhD and MBA degrees. Prior to founding Peppy, she was a senior manager at McKinsey and a business unit head at Sandoz (the generic pharmaceutical division of Novartis). She lives in West London with her husband and two young children.

Anne Howard, Peppy Deputy Director of Nursing

Anne is a passionate fertility nurse with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate their fertility and reproductive health. After qualifying as a nurse in 2008, she found her calling in fertility care and has worked across NHS and private clinics, as well as in tech spaces developing digital tools like ovulation trackers.

She’s now the Deputy Director of Nursing at Peppy Health, a digital platform that supports people through fertility, pregnancy, menopause, and more. Anne’s all about making women’s health info simple and accessible. She recently launched Fertility Unfiltered to cut through the confusion and empower women with real, clear knowledge about their bodies.

She also leads the Royal College of Nursing’s Fertility Nurse Forum, supporting ongoing training for nurses, and regularly writes and speaks on topics like PCOS and male fertility – including at big events like Fertility 2024 and Fertility 2026. Whether it’s through clinics, digital tools, or education, Anne’s goal is simple: to support and inform people on their journey to better reproductive health.
