This practical and interactive session will help HR professionals build confidence in using AI responsibly in day-to-day work.
AI is already part of everyday HR work. Many teams are using AI tools directly, while other tools already include AI features that influence outputs behind the scenes.
This means AI may be shaping decisions about people in ways that are not always visible in the process.
The challenge for HR professionals is not whether to use AI, but understanding where AI is already influencing outcomes, and how to ensure appropriate human judgement and accountability remain in place.
You will be introduced to a simple framework that helps identify where AI use in HR is straightforward, where more care is needed, and where additional oversight may be appropriate.
Through realistic scenarios drawn from recruitment, performance management and everyday HR activity, we will explore how AI can support work while ensuring transparency, fairness and professional judgement remain central to decision making.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of where AI may already be influencing HR decisions, what responsible use looks like in practice, and practical steps that can help strengthen confidence and control.
