About this event

This International Women’s Day, we invites you to a session that goes beyond inspiration and storytelling into practical, purposeful action.

In this interactive workshop, Cassandra Hatton will share her Winning at Work framework, built around three essential capabilities for women in leadership today: being deeply convicted, highly credible, and fiercely capable.

Drawing on nearly two decades of executive leadership and advisory experience across complex organisations and industries, Cassandra will share insights grounded in real-world leadership, organisational dynamics, and lived experience. This session will be all about equipping emerging female leaders with the clarity, confidence, and capability to lead and influence in ways that are sustainable and authentic.

The session will explore how women can:

  • Build strong conviction in their voice, values, and leadership
  • Establish credibility and influence in environments that don’t always make space for it
  • Strengthen capability in ways that translate into real impact and progression

Importantly, this session is designed as a workshop, not a keynote. Participants will be guided deeply into one core area of the framework, with structured reflection and practical tools to help them create clear, meaningful actions they can take forward with confidence

This is an energetic, supportive space for women to pause, reflect, and invest in themselves, while leaving with tangible outcomes they can apply immediately at work to support the next chapter of your leadership journey.
