A facilitated HR idea exchange—real conversations over coffee to share challenges, insights, and build meaningful professional connections.
This session is designed to bring people professionals together in real life—to step out of the day-to-day, widen our circles, and reconnect with the power of shared experience.
Rather than a traditional speaker-led format, this is a facilitated idea exchange that draws on the collective wisdom in the room. It creates space for open conversation, fresh thinking, and meaningful connection across the HR community.
Ever wondered how others are approaching important HR challenges? Over tea and coffee, we’ll explore a small number of timely and practical topics shaping the world of HR right now, inviting participants to share what they’re seeing, what’s working, what’s challenging, and what they’re learning along the way.
The intent is simple but powerful:
This is a space for thoughtful conversation, curiosity, and generosity, where everyone contributes, everyone learns, and everyone leaves a little more connected than when they arrived.
You’ll leave with: new connections, practical insights, and a renewed sense of belonging within a vibrant and supportive HR community.
