About this event

Join us and Perry Timms for insights into the future and practical ways to lead people and organisations through ongoing disruption.

Shape-shifting organisations and HR's operating model

As we enter the second half of the 2020s, it's clear that our turbulent world continues to create more complexity and challenges. How the people profession not only adapts to this ongoing volatile state but actually capitalises on it seems far-fetched. And yet, it's the system of work that is urging us to shape our future and those around us and depart from flagging orthodoxies, outdated theories, and struggling capabilities .

Join us and our guest speaker Perry Timms - 6x member of 'HR's Most Influential Thinkers' List' and author of 'The HR Operating Model' - for a fascinating glimpse into the future and a practical way we apply ourselves to lead our people and organisations through the continued waves of disruptive forces.

You'll learn:

  • How new forms of change, Organisation Design and operational systems are being ushered into being;
  • How this applies to the way we - in HR - organise and optimise ourselves to create value and impact even in the most uncertain climates; and
  • What we can do as dedicated professionals to make ourselves future-ready and more versatile and creative in what we learn and apply.
