A review of the changes being introduced by the new Employment Rights Act and steps needed to prepare.

Understand the impact of some of the primary changes that are being introduced over the course of future months and the steps needed to prepare for these. Including:

• Changes to qualifying periods for unfair dismissal
• How family friendly rights are being strengthened
• Additional protections aiming to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace
• Changes to fire and re-hire
• Longer limitation periods for issuing employment tribunal claims
• Impacts on trade union

About the speaker

Antonio Fletcher

Antonio is the Head of Employment at Whitehead Monckton Solicitors and sits as part of their Trust Board following the firm’s recent conversion to an employee-owned business. He has been advising clients on employment law matters for close to 20 years.
