About this event

Menopause support is now a HR priority under the ERA, but what does that mean for you, your organisation, and women at work?

The session is designed for freelance and fractional people professionals, as well as employed HR and leadership teams.

We will be discussing -

  • What is menopause and how does it affect women in the workplace
  • How many women leave work every year due to menopause and the cultural and financial problems this creates
  • How menopause can often look like absenteeism and poor performance and the risks this creates
  • What is expected under the ERA
  • Why you should still do this even if you are not currently affected by the ERA
  • What this looks like in practice – five ways to support your organization

There will be 15 minutes reserved for Q&A at the end of the session.
