About this event

Everything starts with you: Wellbeing, resilience and self-awareness for people professionals.

Overview

This two-session event has been designed in direct response to CIPD South London member feedback, particularly around:

  • Burnout, self-care and mental wellbeing
  • Resilience and confidence in HR roles
  • HR identity, purpose and credibility
  • Finding and using one’s voice
  • The need for practical, applicable content
  • The value of honest discussion and shared lived experience

Each session is standalone and delivers value independently. Together, they provide a coherent journey from personal sustainability to professional impact.

The approach recognizes the unique emotional and organizational pressures of HR roles and supports HR professionals to remain both human and effective.
