Her recovery journey led to Claire creating HR FOR HR, with a mission to impact and influence the HR profession to put their oxygen masks on first, and to answer the question ‘who looks after HR? by providing the HR profession with the same care, support and love that we in HR provide to others. She authentically shares her personal journey good, bad and ugly to demonstrate that HR are humans and employees too, as well as the tools she has created to support the profession to thrive.
Claire has a non-negotiable ‘whole person’ approach to the transformational coaching and consulting services she provides to HR individuals, teams and businesses, with core foundations encompassing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.
