Sharing more information about upgrading to Chartered CIPD membership”: how engaging with the process will enhance your career progression

Dr Janice Johnson, Branch Membership Engagement Lead and Chartered Companion of the CIPD, invites you to join this interactive CPD session hosted by the CIPD Branch in Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes .

This session is designed to support members who have not yet upgraded to Chartered status by sharing real-life experiences from branch members who have successfully progressed their careers through becoming Chartered Members and Fellows. You will hear honest, personal stories about the benefits of upgrading, the challenges overcome, and the professional impact achieved.

Chartered Members and Fellows will share their journeys and answer questions in an open and supportive environment, giving you the opportunity to explore any barriers that may be holding you back from taking the next step in your professional development.

You will learn how upgrading your membership can enhance your credibility, relevance, and professionalism in an increasingly competitive HR market. This is also a valuable opportunity to network with recently upgraded members and gain practical insight into the process.

What you will gain from this CPD session:

  • Practical tips for upgrading to Chartered membership
  • Increased confidence in principles-led, evidence-based, and outcomes-driven practice
  • Insight into reflective practice and professional development
  • Inspiration and clarity to take the next step in your CIPD journey
