About this event

RWK Goodman will present a lively and interesting round-up of the latest employment law developments including the Employment Rights Bill

We are excited to bring you this year’s employment law update by Employment Law Specialists from RWK Goodman. The Employment Rights Act 2025 is now law and is being described as the biggest update to worker’s rights in a generation.

The changes coming in will be implemented across 2026 and 2027 with significant trade union reforms, changes to how dismissals are regulated, new restrictions on contract variations, extending collective redundancy rules and penalties, and reducing to six months the unfair dismissal qualifying period, together with abolishing the cap on compensation – to name but a few!!!!

The Employment law team at RWK Goodman will present a lively and interesting update on the upcoming changes.

In particular, we will discuss:

  • Key changes coming with the Employment Rights Act 2025
  • Immigration update
  • Recent case law
