About this event

A facilitated brain trust for independent consultants—peer-led discussion on what’s working now, shared insight, connection, and community.

This is not a traditional webinar, and that’s intentional.

This Independent Consultants Group session is a collective brain trust, designed to tap into the lived experience, insight, and expertise already in the room. Rather than a guest speaker, this session calls on the wisdom of the group to explore what’s really working (and what’s not) in today’s consulting market.

Together, we’ll explore a small number of high-impact topics, such as:

  • Growing and sustaining a consulting practice in a changing market
  • Positioning, pricing, and demonstrating value
  • Managing client relationships, boundaries, and scope
  • Learning from others doing great work—who to follow, read, and learn from
  • What’s emerging across industries and where opportunity is opening up

The session will be actively facilitated to generate rich discussion, practical insights, shared learning and peer-to-peer problem solving.

Just as importantly, this session is about connection; creating space for independent consultants to meet, exchange ideas, and strengthen their professional network in a supportive and energising environment.

You’ll leave with: new connections, fresh thinking, and a strong sense of community.
