About this event

Discover practical tools and techniques with psychotherapist Tanya to help HR professionals build resilience and boost wellbeing.

HR professionals are increasingly required to support complex organisational challenges, senior leaders and workforce wellbeing, while managing significant emotional and psychological demands themselves. Without effective strategies, this can lead to burnout, reduced impact and disengagement.

This online session will be led by Tanya, a psychotherapist with extensive NHS and leadership experience, specialising in behaviour change, integrated therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed practice. Drawing on her work with HR teams and senior leaders, Tanya will explore why trauma-informed approaches are essential to effective HR practice.

The session will support HR professionals to understand how stress, trauma and sustained pressure affect behaviour, decision-making and leadership capability. Attendees will be introduced to practical, evidence-based tools that can be applied within HR roles to strengthen resilience, influence leadership behaviours and promote psychologically healthy workplaces.
