About this event

Join our webinar to explore new research on motivation profiles and how recognition drives engagement, wellbeing and retention.

In this session, we explore new research on the interplay between recognition and motivation at work, drawing on insights from over 2,000 employees across industries in the US and UK. We introduce seven core workplace motivators that combine into five distinct motivation profiles, revealing why people show up and put in effort.

The session unpacks how recognition activates these motivators, how recognition experiences vary by motivation profile, and which recognition levers (who gives it, how often, and in what form) have the greatest impact on engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and intent to stay. Attendees leave with practical guidance on how to design their recognition strategies.
