About this event

Looking beyond diversity to the impact of psychological safety in embedding inclusive culture and enabling diverse high-performing teams

We all know having diverse teams is important to ensure our workplaces are innovative, creative, productive and reflect the needs of our customer base. This session will take us beyond diversity to the critical principles of inclusion and psychological safety. If your team members do not feel listened to, they will not feel safe enough to bring their unique insights, ideas and experiences to the table. In turn this means your business cannot reap the full benefits of having a diverse workforce.

With insights from the research translated into tangible takeaways, this webinar will give you the tools to assess how psychologically safe people in your workplace feel and provide you with the practical actions to improve feelings of inclusion across the business.
