Candice Thompson, Head of Recruitment

Known by many as the go-to HR recruitment professional for HR roles in the North of Scotland, Candice is very personable and a strong relationship builder. Clients love her for her focus and tenacity in finding them their ideal candidate – fast. Candice has been a key part of the Hunter Adams team since she joined as a Sourcing Advisor back in 2013, and over the past 11 years has provided an invaluable service to our clients. Candice has obtained her Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, and also has an undergraduate degree in Social Psychology. She currently heads up our recruitment service, leading the team as they fill interim, permanent and FTC HR roles across the UK.

Kirsten McKenzie, Senior HR Manager

Kirsten is an experienced HR Leader at Hunter Adams with vast generalist exposure. As a Senior HR Manager she is responsible for providing strategic support and advice, supporting the achievement of the overall business strategy and goals. Her expertise encompasses employee relations, redundancy, reward and HRMS related activities encompassing a wide variety of sectors including technology, pharmaceutical, professional services, energy and 3rd sector/charity. Kirsten is passionate about strong employee communications and engagement and is a real ambassador for commercial HR practices.
