From self doubt to self trust: how you can change your instincts to reach your full potential

About this event

From self doubt to self trust: how you can change your instincts to reach your full potential

Anne Stunell has kindly agreed to share her insights into navigating the often complex challenge of balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Drawing on her experience, Anne will explore how people professionals can better manage work alongside life changes such as health transitions (including menopause) and childcare responsibilities.

Members of the CIPD Milton Keynes Group recognise that while people professionals regularly support others in achieving healthier work–life balance, they can overlook their own wellbeing and career sustainability. As personal responsibilities increase, workloads can become overwhelming, making it harder to perform at our best.

In this practical and thought-provoking session, Anne will explain how to regain balance, build resilience, and unlock your full potential without compromising either your career or personal life.

What you’ll gain from this CPD session:

  • Practical, take-away strategies to improve your own work–life balance
  • Insight into principles-led, evidence-based, and outcomes-driven HR practice
  • Opportunities for reflective practice, professional development and upgrading
  • Tools to support ongoing learning and career sustainability

This session is designed to support people professionals in strengthening both their personal effectiveness and professional impact.
