From self doubt to self trust: how you can change your instincts to reach your full potential
HR and people professionals are regularly required to exercise sound judgement, influence senior stakeholders and make complex decisions — often while balancing significant professional and personal demands.
In this interactive CPD session, Anne Stunell Chartered FCIPD, Executive Coach and former Head of HR, will explore how self-doubt can subtly show up in behaviour, decision-making and leadership presence, even for experienced and high-performing professionals.
Drawing on over 20 years’ HR leadership experience across public and private sectors, alongside her coaching practice, Anne will share practical tools to help participants strengthen self-trust, emotional resilience and confidence in their professional judgement. The session creates space for reflection, challenge and insight, supporting HR professionals to operate with greater clarity, confidence and courage in their roles.
This session is not about “fixing” confidence, but about enhancing effectiveness, influence and sustainable leadership impact.
