Join our first event with Donna Clark, Senior HR Consultant at RSM, exploring where EDI stands today and its impact on modern workplaces.

We’re delighted to announce that Donna Clark, Senior HR Consultant at RSM, will be joining us for an insightful session on the current state of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and what it means for today’s workplace.

Donna brings over 20 years of experience in HR, having run her own consultancy and worked extensively within professional services. In recent years, Donna has specialised in EDI, helping organisations develop approaches that are practical, adaptable, and effective for a modern, multi-generational workforce.

In this session, Donna will explore:

• The evolution of EDI: where we started, the journey so far, and where we are today
• Practical tips and applications to help HR professionals navigate a complex landscape with multiple perspectives that need to be understood and accommodated
